YouTube integration
By using YouTube import, you agree to these Terms, the UNTD Privacy Policy, the YouTube Terms of Service, and the YouTube API Services Terms.
The integration reads public data to assemble a BrandKit draft. It does not connect your Google Account, publish to YouTube, or change your channel.
Authorization for channels and assets
You may import only channels you administer or are authorized to represent, and you may select only images, marks, and other assets you have the right to use. The confirmation shown before saving records that declaration. Public availability of a thumbnail or profile image does not transfer copyright, trademark, image, or personality rights.
You must not use UNTD to copy a third party's visual identity, impersonate another person, or infringe rights. You are responsible for the content you submit, select, generate, and publish.
Human review and results
An imported BrandKit is a draft. Name, niche, tone, palette, style, references, and logo classification can contain errors and must be reviewed by you. UNTD does not treat inferences as confirmed facts and does not promise performance, views, click-through rate, or automatic fitness for any purpose.
AI-generated results can vary and also require review before use or publication.
Availability, retention, and deletion
UNTD may limit or suspend the integration for security, maintenance, unavailability, quota, or YouTube requirements. Selected YouTube data and assets are updated or unlinked within the cycle described in the Privacy Policy. Unlinking preserves BrandKit fields you reviewed, but may remove images whose source could no longer be validated.
Deleting data in UNTD does not delete or modify data on YouTube.
